Card of Thanks After years of struggling with cancer and a wave of continuous related health issues Martin was laid to rest December 5, 2014. Maureen, Ramona, Rhonda and Stefan would like to send many thanks to those that have made this difficult time manageable. Thanks to the staff at Lakeridge Healthcare Centre for the courteous and professional care provided to Martin, especially to Dr. Woolfson for using his surgical skills that allowed Martin to spend over 20 extra years with his family and friends. Thanks to all our family and friends, that have offered support and shoulders to cry on; we could not have made it without you. Thanks also to family and friends that showed support by attending Martin’s visitation, funeral or have sent an expression of sympathy by way of flowers or donation, we cannot say enough. To Father Charles Forget of St Leo’s The Great Parish in Brooklin for praying with Martin while in hospital and seeing to his spiritual passing. To the Catholic Women’s League for the fabulous reception and food following the funeral. A kind thanks to Barnes Memorial Funeral Home in Whitby for their professionalism and respectful management of Martin’s service. As per Martin’s wishes, cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest at the Resurrection Cemetery in Whitby. With our heartfelt thanks,
